세 가지 경우의 수를 생각해야하는 문제였습니다. (더 긴 변: h, 짧은 변: w)
1. h가 w보다 3배 이상 큰 경우 (Example 2)
2. h가 w보다 1.5배 이상 크고 3배 미만인 경우
3. h가 w보다 1.5배 미만인 경우 (Example 1)
